Service Operations Division (SOD) held its annual SO Day at MakatiMed’s 8th Floor, Auditorium with the theme “Patient Experience Matters” and hashtag #iSOloveMyJOB. This is one of the several ways SOD pursues the improvement of collaboration with other departments.
There were different booths which sold brand new and pre-loved clothes; goodies like chips and chocolates; and more. Several partner establishments also participated: Citibank, Pru Life UK , Philam Life, Sun Life, San Jose Builders, and Gold’s Gym.
The event had fun-filled activities such as raffles, individual and group games, online games, and Zumba (led by Gold’s Gym) which was enjoyed by MakatiMed employees, medical staff, and house staff. The activities of the event aim to promote camaraderie with other departments and to show MakatiMed SOD’s positive outlook at work. To cap off the day, SOD awarded the 2018 Third and Fourth Quarter Top Performers to recognize the hard work of the employees.
